This unalloyed titanium has excellent corrosion resistance property, excellent weldability and is used in a wide variety of applications. This grade material is mainly used in marine and chemical industries where the parts are subjected to very harsh environments. This material is also used for fabricating anodes for cathodic protection applications.

The Titanium Grade 5 Coil can operate under cryogenic temperatures as well as high temperatures up to 427 degrees Celsius. The material is a two phase alloy. It has alpha and beta phases in the crystalline structure. The material can be used in annealed or solid solution heated conditions.
